As a QA Manager, you are expected to:

Build and Maintain a High-Performing QA Team: Recruit, train, and develop QA talent; foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Champion Quality Across the Organization: Act as the voice of quality, promoting best practices and advocating for quality in every phase of development and delivery.
Drive Test Strategy and Innovation: Define and evolve the test strategy, leveraging both manual and automated testing to increase coverage, speed, and reliability.
Collaborate Effectively Across Teams: Work closely with development, product management, operations, and support teams to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the lifecycle.
Proactively Identify and Mitigate Risks: Anticipate potential quality issues early, address them promptly, and implement preventative measures.
Maintain Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all QA activities meet internal and external regulatory requirements, and maintain thorough records of test results, audits, and compliance efforts.
Monitor Metrics and Report Progress: Use data-driven approaches to track quality KPIs (e.g., defect rates, test coverage, test execution speed) and communicate progress to leadership.
