Application 

The Head of Accounting and Audit is responsible for leading the accounting and audit areas, ensuring compliance with tax, fiscal, and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP). They will plan and coordinate internal and external audits, work with Big Four companies when necessary, implement corporate governance policies, compliance, and internal controls (SOX), supervise accounting closure and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annually), conduct tax planning and fiscal optimization to reduce risks and costs, support strategic decisions of senior management through analytical reports and financial dashboards, implement process improvements focusing on automation and digitalization, and train and develop accounting and audit teams.
